Intellectual property
The entire website — texts, illustrations, three-dimensional models, logos and the QaLyZa brand — is the property of Qalyza SARL. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
The people, record numbers, batches, products and values shown in the website's examples are fictitious.
Personal data
The website has no accounts and no cookies, and no resource is loaded from a third-party service: fonts and libraries are hosted with the website.
Your display choice, day or night, is stored in your browser (local storage); it never leaves your device.
The visit log. For each visit, the website's server records the IP address, the date, the pages viewed, the referring page and the browser identification, which indicates the type of device. From this, Qalyza SARL produces a daily traffic summary, with an approximate location (country, region, city) calculated on its server from the IP address, without any third-party service. This information is also used for the website's security. It is restricted to the Qalyza SARL team and kept on the server for no more than 30 days. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of Qalyza SARL in understanding its website's traffic, protecting the website and following up on its visitors' requests.
The website assistant
Your questions. The assistant answers your questions about QaLyZa using an artificial intelligence service. Your messages are sent to the provider of this service, based in the United States, solely to produce the answers; the provider is contractually committed not to use them to train its models. This transfer outside the European Union is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The conversation is kept in your browser for the duration of your visit (session storage). On our server, your messages and the assistant's answers are kept for 30 days, with the IP address and the type of device, and appear in the daily summary sent to the Qalyza SARL team. Do not include sensitive data.
The contact form. If you fill it in, we receive your name, company, job title, email address and phone number, the application you are interested in, your message and the current conversation. Your contact details are not passed on to the artificial intelligence service. They are used solely to get back to you and respond to your request, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Restricted to the Qalyza SARL team, they are stored on the website's server, sent to the team by email and kept for no more than three years after they are sent.
The “Request a demo” form
If you fill it in, we receive your name, company, job title, email address and phone number, the application you are interested in and your message. This information is not passed on to the artificial intelligence service. It is used solely to get back to you and arrange the demo, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Restricted to the Qalyza SARL team, it is stored on the website's server, sent to the team by email and kept for no more than three years after it is sent.
Your rights
To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection or withdrawal of consent, write to contact@qalyza.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
